Edussa Ventures Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Edussa Ventures Pvt. Ltd. By registering, enrolling, making a payment, submitting documents, or availing any service from us, the student/client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined below. All communication, service processes and agreements are bound by the following terms.

1. Service Scope & Responsibility

• Edussa Ventures acts as an educational counselling and admission assistance service provider, not as a college, university, or placement agency.
• Our responsibility is limited to guiding, assisting, and counselling students regarding available opportunities.
• Final admission, seat availability, and results depend on the concerned institution’s rules and procedures.

2. Registration & Documentation

• Students must provide correct, valid, and verified documents while applying.
• If any document is found fake, incomplete, misleading, or unverifiable, services may be cancelled immediately without refund.
• Edussa Ventures is not responsible for delays caused due to incomplete documentation by the student.

3. Payment & Service Charges

• All service charges paid are solely for counselling, admission guidance, documentation assistance, and processing.
• Payments must be made only through official company channels and receipts must be collected and preserved.
• Under no condition will service charges be considered as admission guarantee or booking fees.

4. Admission & Course Preference

• Students must choose their course and college willingly after counselling.
• Edussa Ventures is not liable if a student changes their interest, location preference, or career goals later.
• Decisions taken under pressure from family, friends, or external influence are not the responsibility of Edussa Ventures.

5. Communication & Information

• All official communication will be shared through WhatsApp, email, SMS, or registered mobile number.
• Students are responsible for reading and responding to official messages on time.
• Edussa Ventures will not be responsible for missed opportunities due to delays from the student’s end.

6. No Guarantee or Assured Admission

• Admission decisions depend entirely on the rules and selection criteria of the respective college/university.
• Edussa Ventures does not guarantee seats, scholarships, internships, hostels, or placements.
• Any verbal assurance given by any third party will not be considered valid.

7. Confidentiality & Data Security

• All shared data, documents, and information will be kept confidential and used strictly for professional purposes only.
• We do not sell or misuse student information for commercial gain.

8. Legal Compliance & Jurisdiction

• All policies are governed under Indian law.
• In case of dispute, jurisdiction will be Patna (Bihar).

9. Acceptance of Terms

By taking counselling, registering, making payments, filling forms, or submitting documents, the student/client confirms full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions without any objection.
