This Refund & Cancellation policy is made to ensure a clear understanding between the student/client and Edussa Ventures regarding payments and service deliveries.

1. Admission & Service Fee Policy

• All payments made for counselling, registration, consultancy, documentation, admission assistance, or any service are non-refundable.
• Once a student/client completes registration or payment, it is assumed that they fully agree to Edussa Ventures’ service terms.
• Service charges are taken for guidance and processes, not for guaranteed admission or job placement.

2. Cancellation Conditions

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via official email within 24 hours of payment.
• No cancellation will be accepted once documentation, counselling, or admission processing has begun.
• Refund will not be applicable if a student decides to withdraw admission due to personal reasons.

3. Situations Where Refund is Not Applicable

• If the student provides incorrect, invalid, or incomplete documents.
• If the student fails to attend counselling, interviews, exams, or admission formalities.
• If the student changes preference of college, course, or location after processing begins.
• If the college/university changes its rules, fee structure, or seat availability.

4. Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Cases Only)

• Refund may be considered only if payment is deducted twice due to a technical issue.
• Student must provide proof of transaction for verification by the accounts team.

5. Payment Disputes

• All financial matters will be processed only through official invoices and receipt numbers.
• No verbal communications will be considered valid without written documentation.

6. Agreement & Acceptance

By registering, paying, or taking any service from Edussa Ventures Pvt. Ltd., the student/client automatically agrees to all the terms mentioned in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
