Social Horizone Foundation (SHF) is a youth-led, Section 8 non-profit organization committed to building inclusive, tech-enabled, and sustainable development ecosystems across India. Founded in 2024, we act as a bridge between grassroots communities and institutional aspirations, using innovation, data, and strategic partnerships to deliver scalable, dignified impact.
Despite economic progress, millions at the grassroots remain disconnected from opportunity, innovation, and inclusion. Youth lack relevant skills. Women are excluded from enterprise. NGOs are underpowered. CSR funds often fail to reach the ground. We exist to solve these systemic gaps by creating a new kind of development platform—one that is youth-led, data-driven, technology-integrated, and community-first.
