Ingredients
- NESTLÉ MILKMAID Condensed Milk – 1 tin (400 g)
- Milk – 1 litre
- Elaichi (Cardamom) Powder – ½ tsp
- Kishmish (Raisins) – 3 tbsp
- Chopped Kajus (Cashew nuts) – 3 tbsp
- Grated Paneer – 500 g
Prepare Bengali Chanar Payesh Recipe
Step 1 Boil milk in a pan, add NESTLÉ MILKMAID Condensed Milk and mix well.
Step 2 Add grated paneer, stir well and cook on low flame till the payesh thickens. Add elaichi powder and mix well.
Step 3 Pour into a suitable serving bowl to serve.
Serving Suggestion: Garnish with chopped nuts and serve chilled.
