- 200g pasta
- 1 capsicum (chopped)
- 1 carrot (chopped)
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mixed herbs
Step 1: Boil pasta and drain.
Step 2: Heat oil and sauté garlic.
Step 3: Add vegetables and cook for 3–4 minutes.
Step 4: Add pasta, sauce, salt, and herbs.
Step 5: Mix well and cook 2 minutes.
Step 6: Serve hot.
