- 250g paneer (cubed)
- 2 tomatoes (pureed)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 cup fresh cream
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
Step 1: Heat butter in a pan.
Step 2: Add onion and sauté until golden.
Step 3: Add ginger-garlic paste and cook 1 minute.
Step 4: Add tomato puree and cook till oil separates.
Step 5: Add spices and mix well.
Step 6: Add paneer cubes and cook 5 minutes.
Step 7: Add cream, mix, and serve hot.
